Spanning a full city block in Lower Manhattan, this headquarters is clad in concave terra-cotta panels that resonate with the neighborhood's historic warehouses. The facade acts as a dynamic canvas: as daylight shifts across the curved surfaces, the panels reveal changing undertones, transforming the building’s presence through an evolving spectrum of color.
